Constructed from heavy-duty polished chrome-plated brass with reliable Eterna compression cartridges, it provides a robust and predictable handwashing solution for independent restaurants and stadium kitchens.
Maintenance Tip: The B-1174 is a lifetime industrial fixture with a fully replaceable internal cartridge. Periodically check the spout swivel nut for tightness and lubricate the O-rings with food-grade silicone grease to maintain smooth movement. The 4' side spray ensures full basin coverage—check the hose monthly for signs of wear near the manifold. Polished chrome finish is resistant to grease and high heat. Always flush building supply lines through the body before assembly.
