The T&S Brass B-1194-QT-A22 Mixing Faucet provides industrial durability and rapid hydraulic control for professional commercial sculleries. Built on standard 8" deck centers, this unit features a high-clearance swivel gooseneck spout and ergonomic lever handles. This model is equipped with reliable Quarter-Turn (QT) cartridges for effortless activation and a professional 2.2 GPM aerator for high rinsing power. Constructed from heavy-duty polished chrome-plated brass, it is built for extreme high-cycle industrial service in restaurant kitchens.
Technician’s Note: Quarter-turn cartridges provide a significantly higher cycle life and faster shut-off than traditional compression models. The swivel gooseneck maximizes efficiency for multi-step tasks across the basin. During installation, ensures the mounting shanks are anchored firmly beneath the deck to prevents handle play. Polished chrome finish is resistant to grease and high heat. Always flush building supply lines through the body before assembly.
