The T&S Brass B-5120-12-BJ Pre-Rinse Unit provides high-flow efficiency and versatile utility for professional deck-mount basins. Built on standard 8" centers, this unit features reliable Eterna compression cartridges and an integrated 12" Add-On Faucet for standard sink filling. It is equipped with the powerful B-0107-J high-flow spray valve and a heavy-duty 44" reinforced flex hose. The deck-mount configuration offers a stable installation, while the integrated add-on spout maximizes basin coverage in high-volume commercial kitchens.
Technician’s Note: The B-0107-J valve is designed for rapid soil removal; ensure building supply pressure is maintained at 60-80 PSI. Periodically check the Eterna cartridges for seat wear; they are fully serviceable from the top. Lubricate the add-on spout swivel O-rings with food-grade silicone grease to maintain smooth movement. Always use fresh deck gaskets during installation to ensure a sanitary, leak-proof seal. Polished chrome finish is resistant to grease.
