The Wayland Industries 6" Long Weld Ferrule is a professional-grade sanitary component for large-scale brewery and pharmaceutical piping. The 6-inch extended length provides ample clearance for orbital welding or manual TIG welding in complex manifolds.

Technician's Note: Ensure the weld ends are perfectly square and deburred before welding. As a 14AM7 style ferrule, it is designed for a 1.5" Tri-Clamp connection. Use only high-quality T316L compatible filler rods during welding to maintain the integrity of the sanitary finish and prevent future pitting in the heat-affected zone.
