Wine Maker's Tip: Pinot Noir is best fermented at steady temperatures (68-72°F) to preserve the delicate red fruit volatiles. Ensure you degas the wine thoroughly before stabilization. Allow the bottled wine to age for at least 3-6 months; the complex fruit bouquet and velvety tannins will continue to develop and soften over time. Serve slightly below room temperature (approx. 60°F).
