The T&S Brass B-7242-U10WS8BC is a comprehensive industrial washdown station designed for maximum utility and organization. This kit features a 50' Epoxy Coated Hose Reel housed in a heavy-duty Stainless Steel Surface Mount Cabinet. It is equipped with a professional Mixing Valve with Cerama Cartridges for precise temperature control and a vacuum breaker for essential backflow protection. The system includes an EasyInstall stainless steel swing bracket, allowing for a 180-degree pivot to provide full coverage in large commercial kitchens and industrial bays.
Technician’s Note: Surface mount cabinets are ideal for retrofits where wall recessing is not practical. During installation, anchor the cabinet into structural wall studs to support the weight of the reel and internal mixing valve. The bottom inlets allow for clean supply routing. Ceramas cartridges provide a smooth, long-life operation resistant to the mineral buildup common in high-heat washdown systems.
