Constructed with 304 stainless steel internals and faucets, it provides a 100% flavor-neutral path and industrial-grade durability.
Draft Tech Tip: For maximum cooling efficiency, fill the jockey box with a "slurry" of ice and a small amount of water to ensure the coils have 100% surface contact. Use a CO2 regulator set between 25-30 PSI to overcome the resistance of the 50-foot coils. Always flush the coils with water and a no-rinse sanitizer immediately after use to prevent clogs and off-flavors.
