Our Single Hop IPA showcases a single hop variety of your choice. All are light in body and color and with a freshly bitter finish – the right way to enjoy a brewing experience. Our currently featured single hop recipes can include:
· The Cascade flavor is grown in the US, with a floral spiciness and a citrus aroma. A true American hop variety.
· Mosaic – Grown in the US, invented by the breeder of Citra & Simcoe – so you know it’s good! Complex and dynamic, with fruity, floral, and earthy flavors.
· Citra – Strong citrus and tropical tones of grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passionfruit, and lychee.
· Green Bullet – A New Zealand hop variety, balancing floral and piney bittering flavors. A clean, refreshing IPA.
