Constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel with machine-welded seams, it is 100% flavor-neutral and exceptionally easy to sanitize. This brand-new keg includes a high-purity **D-Style Sanke spear**, ensuring compatibility with almost all North American keg couplers. Its compact 5.16-gallon capacity and slim profile make it the ideal choice for small-batch releases and high-variety draught systems with limited cooler space.
Brewery Tip: These kegs are certified commercial quality and meet all industry standards for pressure and safety. Before filling, ensures the keg is thoroughly cleaned using an automated keg washer or a manual CIP cycle. Check the spear O-ring for any signs of wear to prevents gas leaks. The slim 9.25" diameter allowing you to fit more taps into a standard walk-in cooler compared to standard half-barrels.
