The Lancer 3/8" Schrader Valve SS is a high-pressure diagnostic and isolation component. It allows technicians to tap into pressurized CO2 or carbonated water lines for system testing while providing an airtight one-way seal that prevents fluid backflow into the gas supply during normal operation.
Problem Solved: Corrects inconsistent beverage flavor and prevents syrup waste by providing a positive shut-off and stable flow control. Fixes 'leaking' gas ports that cause CO2 tanks to empty prematurely.
Symptoms of Failure: Audible gas leaks (hissing) from the manifold area, drinks tasting watered-down due to pressure loss, or valves that 'burp' gas into the customer's cup.
