The T&S Brass HG-4D-48GS-K-PS is an advanced safety and performance kit for mobile commercial cooking equipment. The kit includes the Posi-Set Equipment Placement System, ensuring that mobile appliances are returned to their exact fire suppression alignment after cleaning. Paired with a high-flow quick disconnect and a restraining cable, this is the premier choice for high-volume kitchens focusing on operational safety.
Technician’s Note: Posi-Set devices are floor-mounted "chocks" that lock the appliance wheels in place. When installing, align the appliance perfectly under the ventilation hood and then anchor the Posi-Sets. This prevents staff from pushing equipment back too far and pinching the 3/4" gas line against the wall.
