This connector features a Quick Disconnect for rapid, tool-free detachment of equipment during cleaning or servicing. The included 90-degree elbow allows for low-profile routing behind cooking lines, preventing the hose from kinking against the wall. Constructed with a reinforced stainless steel core and a protective outer coating, it is built to handle the intense heat and heavy usage of a professional restaurant or bakery kitchen.
Technician’s Installation Tip: The 90-degree elbow is essential for installations where the gas supply is located directly behind the appliance. Ensure the elbow is oriented to provide the smoothest possible path for the hose. A restraining cable (sold separately for this model) must be installed to protect the integrity of the gas line during equipment movement.
