NAT/LP, 3/4" FPT, 1/8" NPT pilot out only, 402,000 BTU, or baso # H15DA-4 Nieco broiler 9015, 9025 they turned the thermocouple hole 90 deg. It now is on the right side when facing the gas inlet. - not on the end. They have not changed the part number.
