Featuring stiff carbon steel bristles and a reinforced metal scraper, it easily removes carbonized food waste and heavy grease buildup. The 20-inch long wood handle provides excellent leverage and allows the operator to clean hot surfaces while keeping their hands at a safe distance from the heat source.
Kitchen Safety Warning: Wire bristles can break off over time and become lodged in food. Inspect the brush before every use and discard immediately if bristles are loose or missing. For the best cleaning results, use the scraper for heavy chunks first, then use the wire brush while the grill surface is still warm to break up remaining grease.
