The T&S Brass HG-4E-60G-SEL provides a high-safety gas connection solution featuring an integrated Quick-Disconnect Valve (QDV). This 60" industrial hose is built with a 1" NPT diameter, making it suitable for high-BTU ranges and fryers. The kit utilizes SwiveLink technology to allow 360-degree rotation at the ends, preventing kinking and extending the life of the internal stainless steel braid. Constructed for safety and durability, it includes street elbows for easy routing and a restraining cable to ensure the hose is never over-extended during cleaning tasks.
Technician’s Note: The QDV integrated valve ensures that gas flow is automatically cut off if the connector is detached. When installing the street elbows, ensure they are tightened to provide the most direct hose path possible. A stress-free loop is essential for the long-term integrity of the protective outer jacket.
