The T&S Brass HG-4E-48G-SEL provides a high-safety gas connection featuring an integrated Quick-Disconnect Valve (QDV). This 48" industrial hose is built with a 1" NPT diameter, making it suitable for high-BTU ranges and fryers. The kit utilizes SwiveLink technology to allow 360-degree rotation at the ends, preventing kinking and extending the life of the internal stainless steel braid. Constructed for safety and durability, it includes street elbows for easy routing and a restraining cable to ensure the hose is never over-extended during equipment cleaning.

Technician’s Note: The QDV valve is a major safety feature, acting as both the quick-disconnect and a manual shut-off. During installation, use the street elbows to ensure the hose does not kink against the wall or appliance frame. A stress-free loop is critical for the long-term integrity of the protective outer jacket in high-heat commercial environments.
