This valve features a vertical canister actuator that is Normally Closed (NC); it uses air pressure to open and automatically returns to the closed position via spring tension if air pressure is lost. Constructed from 304 Stainless Steel with durable EPDM seals, it provides a sanitary and reliable solution for controlling liquid flow in pressurized lines.
Technician's Note: This pneumatic valve requires a regulated air supply (approx. 60-80 PSI) and a solenoid pilot valve for operation. Ensure the EPDM seal is lubricated with food-grade silicone grease before assembly to prevent friction damage during the automated cycles. The spring-return design is a critical fail-safe that prevents accidental tank drainage during power or air failures.
