Getting started & functionality test
- Confirm power. Supply correct, stable power for your model — see the Electrical Guide. GFCI outlets are not recommended.
- Check motor rotation. With the machine fully disassembled (all parts removed from the freezing cylinders), run WASH mode and confirm each motor turns in the direction of the small red arrow on its pulley.
- Clean & sanitize. Clean and sanitize all product-contact parts using the cleaning guide for your model before adding mix.
- Assemble & test. Reassemble, add mix, and run a functionality check. Full step-by-step startup is in your model’s operator manual above.
