Duct Cleats, Corners & Flanges

Drive cleat and S-cleat for joining rectangular sheet metal duct sections, plus duct corners and flanges. Gauges run from 28 GA up to 11 GA, with 26 GA the most common. Lengths are mostly 10 ft, with 5 ft, 12 ft and 20 ft also in the range. Most of it is galvanized steel.

S-cleat and drive cleat work as a pair on a rectangular joint: the S slides over the two mating duct edges, the drive is hammered over the perpendicular edges to lock the connection. Match the cleat gauge to the duct gauge. Brands include Southwark, CL Ward, Crown Products, Air Duct Products, M&M, Miami Tech, Ward, Duro Dyne and Ductmate.
